Kenneth's Day out with Faith Faith

Kenneth and Faith Faith had an excursion yesterday. We brought them to Parkway parade for lunch and shopping. After that, they attended a trial class at My Gym.

hmmmm...My Gym? Well.. The place was rather small. I expected the Gym to be bigger but that did not deter the kids from enjoying themselves. The teachers at My Gym cautioned us that the kids might suffer from seperation anxiety. If they cry, they told us not to worry. I replied, " Just look at both our kids, they are running all over the place! I do not think they will be having seperation anxiety at all. They seem so comfortable with this place." (Before I finished my sentense, I noticed that Kenneth has already made 6 rounds around the gym!) Seperation anxiety?? hope.. not for Kenneth and Faith! Ha ha.

I was really quite proud of Kenneth. He tried many stations and he really worked out. After the class, he told me to carry him. Imagine! I had to carry this 15kg boy all the way from his class to the taxi stand at Parkway Parade. That was a good 10 mintues workout for me too! My poor boy really could not walk anymore. Aiyoh.. so heartache to see him like this! He was super super tired. well, it was really a good place for him to release his endless energy.

Our First Mess 4 Family Trip

The Mess 4 Mummies decided to go for a mass holiday together. (Finally! After years and years of planning) We decided that it will be carried out over a weekend with no maids and no grandparents! So, 8 adults,
3 kids, 4 cars, 3 car seats, 2 strollers, 1 swimming float and 8 bags set off for Malacca on Saturday 30/8/08. Oh Boy! It was really fun! We should have carried out this holiday plan a long long time ago. Well.. better late than never!

Daemain borrowed 4 walkie talkies and each car was assigned to one. We joked, talked and even sang on the walkie talkies. Kenneth even shared his Barney music on the frequency to Ethan and Megan. H aha..

Check out The Goh Family pictures and I am sure you will agree that a picture means a thousand words. Let alone, soooo many pictures!

Gong Gong's 60th Birthday Celebration

Gong Gong is 60 years old! Time Flies! Even Gong Gong cannot believe that he is so old already... ah ha.. of course, he joked about his age but I believe he is really grateful to God for allowing him to experience love and family unity.

Gong Gong wanted a small private affair and so Mama made the arrangements. Of course, with the help of Uncle Cheese, the whole celebration was a huge sucess. Mama and Uncle Cheese split the cost of the celebration equally. Papa provided advises and transportation, transporting Mama and us to buy the party decorations. Check out the pictures! Mama was SUPER proud of the final outlook of the private room. Gong Gong was surprised and we were happy. The food and the ambience were simply awesome. We had a great time that Mama decided to come again again. ha ha.. maybe for Grandma's 60th Birthday celebration??

Happy 60th Birthday Gong Gong!

Count on Me Singapore!
